On the roads you can most often see a car with a second modification engine. However, it is distinguished from the first model in terms of power by the added four horses. It's not that much.
Before a major overhaul, the VAZ 2114 engine can run 150 thousand kilometers. And this is with respect to it, when changing filters and oil once a year. Many people do not wait for major repairs and do tuning earlier. Other car enthusiasts do tuning immediately after purchase.
Attention! But tuning is different from tuning. Many people think that budget tuning will help increase power without spending large amounts of money. However, there is no such word as budget tuning. In any case, you will have to buy a turbine to increase the engine power. And this is expensive.
Preparing for chip tuning

Why do you need firmware?
A faulty condition of the fuel pressure regulator is confirmed by a heavy grease deposit on the spark plugs. If the replacement does not give a positive result, check for contamination of the drain line with various debris, rust, and remnants of rubber seals. Remove the fuel pump and blow it out using compressed air.
Install a new fuel pump mesh and put the structure back together. To make a new firmware, replace the mass air flow sensor, flush the injector and install new spark plugs. Starting the engine should activate 2.4 atm, therefore the system is functioning normally. You can start launching new “brains” on the VAZ 2114.
The engine may be difficult to start and stall constantly. It is necessary to check that the wires are connected correctly. If operation is normal, the problem may lie with the installed anti-theft system. To find out, check the oscillogram of the electrical part of the machine, the phases located in the timing belt.
If the spark appears not before TDC, but immediately after it, then the car has an anti-theft system aimed at denying access to illegal changes to the standard ECU. Consequently, the theft process, in which the ECU is replaced or the VAZ 2114 car is flashed with its own hands, will disrupt the order of stable functioning of the cylinders, and the engine will completely stop working.
